Unbelievably rude. I asked them to text me a pic (perfectly normal when you’ve never worked with someone before). Abruptly — “We don’t do that”. Made it seem like an act of god. Ridiculous. Can I suggest customer service 101?

Everything that comes out of this flower shop is wonderful!!! Best flower arrangements in the GTA, hands down; I have been ordering here for years and have never been disappointed. They take their time to ensure every flower in every floral bouquet, vase arrangement, and centrepiece that leaves their shop is placed perfectly, and it shows. So if your looking for a place to order flowers from, you've found it!! No need to look any further; I promise you that you will not find a Toronto flower shop that cares more.
Firstly do not mistaken this place for the wonderful Bloominghill Flowers at Bathurst and Steeles. Really disappointed. I ordered from here for Mother's day. The woman on the phone was extremely difficult to deal with. Sneezing, coughing, and blowing her nose multiple times on the call made me feel really uneasy. Although i told her my budget was $100 taxes in, she charged me $152. Now i buy a lot of flowers, i know a thing or two. When my mom send me a picture of the "bouquet", my heart dropped, it looked like a bit nicer than grocery store and small. Definitely not 130+tax. On Monday morning the day after mothers day two of the roses began to die, and by Wednesday the bouquet was dead. A horrible experience top to bottom. Im trying to support local but this feels like i was taken advantage of, it feels sleazy, i need to shower after dealing with these crooks. Reply to owner. I tried to call but the same lady answered she's short blond a senior and extremely mean. She said she is the owner and if I don't like it to shop elswhere
I've had a relatively long running relationship with Blooming Hill, Peter, Beth and the staff. They've supplied our business with fresh beautiful arrangement for years. Naturally, when my (now wife) fiancee and I began planning a wedding it was a "no brainer" to use Blooming Hill. We worked with them over several months discussing our vision as they began planning for how best to execute our ideas. The results where truly masterful. They created a pure dream - flawless in delivery and design. Peter and staff have an eye for excellent composition and it was clearly visible that evening. Our guests had nothing but praise for the decor (which, aside from the venue itself and candles, was principally flowers). Thank you from the bottom of my heart, both Court and I are stunned by your efforts. Highly recommend Blooming Hill to anyone.
