Selection of flowers make the distinct smell of teleflora. My problem is that there is a mysterious sign, "beware of hands," which means I can't trust anyone with their hands in here.
This was amazing! I got a boqet of flowers for a friend as a thank you, and I ended up getting the boqet, two money trees, and a card ! The owner was so nice, and she packaged the plants with such care! We weren't sure about the vase for the flowers, so she was so kind to switch the pots until we found one we liked. I would absolutely recommend this flower shop, and I hope you live it as much as I did!
In the many times I have been to this location. They’ve always amazed me with what they can put together with my budget. This place is very accommodating and has the best flowers and all of GTA would highly recommend to anyone needing a last-minute bouquet and anything for a gift.
Don’t know how to begin because recently I lost one of the most important people in my life, but my experience with them made me think still there are people out there who feel your pain and offer their empathy. They were kind, caring, patient and professional. They even tried to design bouquets that save me money. I wanted to put pictures but I’m writing this review after a week and the roses are not in a good shape. Forgot to mention that they helped me to carry the flowers to the car and I really felt cared. Thank you for your service and support?
If I could give a 0 star I would. Terrible customer service. I purchased tulips for the beauty clinic I manage down the road, and the tulips did not bloom and dried out, even though I watered them and kept them in a well lit area. A coworker of mine also brought tulips to the office and hers bloomed beautifully! I walked back to this florist with the receipt and she refused to look at it or provide an exchange. I would not lie about this, why would there be a need for that? I’m sure it would not have costed her much to replace the faulty tulips. It is too bad as I would have been a repeat customer and recommended the shop to friends, family and clients. Really too bad. Do not recommend.
Bought 2 dozen Premium Roses like always for the last 2 years. The lady on the phone told me $120 if I paid cash like always. When I got there I was given regular bouquet roses and not the premium ones I ordered. Anyways, it's Valentines day on a Monday and I can't go out of my way on a busy schedule elsewhere last-minute. I pulled out exactly $120 cash and attempted to pay the lady at the cash (seemed like the owner) and she rudely THREW the cash back and said "NO ITS $135". I went back to my car and got some extra cash I luckily had in my glove box and paid her. Would have gave 2 stars but no they deserve a 1 for the owners arrogant behavior. I was always treated well and with a smile by an Asian lady who works there (very nice always has a smile and great customer service). Short hair owner can't say the same. Anyways flowers were wilted second day. Tried to give the local flower shop some business but they don't deserve it! Seems like on slower days they beg for your business and busy days all ethics down the drain. I'll take my business elsewhere.
I’ve ordered bouquets from here for Mother’s Day, birthdays, and funerals. They are my go-to florist. The flowers are always fresh, beautifully arranged, and last a long time. They also did my wedding bouquet and boutonnières/corsages for me and they did a great job. They worked with me to get the bouquet exactly how I wanted and the flowers lasted throughout the wedding day and even a week later. Usually when I get flowers from other florists they wilt very quickly but Mimi and her team always pick the flowers at just the right time so that they bloom perfectly all week after you get them. The shop is also easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. I highly recommend using them for all your floral needs!
