Ordered bouquet for my wedding. Requested a fall colours inspired bouquet based on several seasonal bouquet already on offer, red, yellows, and oranges, with no pink. Directions weren't followed the bouguet was predominantly (and hideously yellow), and contained colours I specifically requested not be included. It also leaked yellow dye everywhere and has stained my dress despite our best attempts to contain it.
Wonderful place! I’ve ordered flowers from here twice now, first was for valentines and second was for my grandfather when his partner passed. Collin and Janet (and the rest of their team) are amazing at what they do. I have been ordering from Joseph Flowers for a few years now and they are always reliable and put together the most beautiful arrangements. I had a bulk custom order (to 9 recipients across the GTA) for Valentine’s Day this year that I put in just 3 days before the holiday, and they made sure everything was good to go (even with a few changes in between). I wish the hours were a bit better (one time I called 15 mins prior to closing and they couldn’t help me in time), but I have honestly never been disappointed with the quality of the flowers from Joseph Flowers. I will not go anywhere else for beautiful arrangements!
