Discovered this flower shop through Google search. Thank goodness we went here. The owner is very accommodating and really kind. Her flower arrangement is so beautiful. We all love it. We also got a plant from this place. The owner is pretty informative on which plants is good for low light and humid places. Very thankful for that. Overall we recommend going to this place for any flower arrangement and if you're interested in plants. We would definitely come back here.
Called for a funeral arrangement from Pennsylvania on the Saturday before a Sunday viewing, apparently unbeknownst to me the deceased had a different last name from the family member I know, the owner tried to reach me several times but was unable to and had to figure out the situation late on a Saturday evening by herself. She went above and beyond to make sure my arrangement made it to the right venue on time. Sincere gratitude and well deserved recommendation of this florist!
A friend recommended Ivy Leaf Designs on Finch Avenue long ago. We have been ordering flowers from Pratima at Ivy Leaf ever since, and have always been delighted with the results. The vibrancy and freshness of her arrangements have made every special occasion that much more special. My mom was delighted with the birthday arrangement created last month for her, repeatedly commenting not only how striking it was, but also how long it lasted. Not only are we taken with the artistry of Pratima's creations, but also with her superior level of service. She is a lovely person to deal with, able to accommodate varying needs and budgets, even on short notice. Whenever an occasion arises that calls for a special floral touch, I would not consider going anywhere other than Ivy Leaf Designs.
A couple of years ago at Christmastime I was sent a beautiful arrangement, so fresh and well designed, the flowers lasted for weeks. I was so pleased I kept the card and when my son got married last March my daughter in law and I went to see Pratima and she designed the most beautiful bouquet, perfect for her tiny frame. Fresh, longlastiing and admired by all present. This year she received long stem roses for Valentine's day, my son very wisely chose Ivy Leaf and the roses are fantastic and still brightening our days. I have ordered form Ivy Leaf Designs for many years now and have had wonderful results. My friends and family compliment me on my choice of flowers, but really it is the owner, Pratima, who is the true artist. I just let her know what the recipient's favourite colours and style are and she sends out the exact, perfect arrangement. I don't know how she does it, but it is magical. I will use her services again this year for my sister's 50th birthday.
I called into the shop after hours the day before my mother in laws Birthday.The owner still answered her phone (Customer service excellence). I explained that we needed a bouquet to be sent, bright in colour and very fragrant (as she is blind) . Pratrima took my information over the phone and delivered a beautiful arrangement on her Birthday. They even went as far as emailing me a photo of the arrangement as we are out of town. Thanks for brightening an 87 yr olds day.
