First time coming to this location and its not that bad on wait times as a walk in. Hesha (im not sure if coreect spell of her name) but she is really nice and good doing my blood works. I didn't feel the pain, she found my veins right away and it was quick. Thanks for being a great worker and trying your best to finish everyone for our bloodworks. Keep it up!
Marilyn was very unprofessional and rude. She was disorganized and did not apologize for having me wait and continued to take walk ins while I still had a ticket and I let her know that. She needs to understand how to communicate and work with the public, just terrible and hopefully management sees this. On the other hand the lab tech Lulai was amazing! So kind and professional. She did her work efficiently and carefully.
Over the past 2 months, I have had to bring my elderly parents to this lab several times. The wait times are ridiculous. The staff is always disorganized, standing around while none of the patients are being called in. Patients have left without getting test done because of the wait time. Instead of the 2 lab technicians each take a patient, they both are in the room for one patient just to draw blood. One of the technicians seems lost and doesn't know what to do.
I agree with another recent reviewer. The (Filipina) lady who did the blood work was quite condescending, kept sucking her teeth and shaking her head when patients were uncomfortable with the needle. It just felt like an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. Edit: Appreciate the lab’s quick response and hope the attitude of some workers changes.
Terrible; waited over an hour for them to be incompetent enough to not be able to draw blood (5+ pokes both arms) and eventually gave up. They didn’t have the patience to continue trying whilst saying it’s “too busy” and advised to come back another time. Waste of time.
I have visited this lab several times now. They are always available for walk-ins. Never made me wait long. Always professional, polite and accommodating. Today Marilyn did my bloodwork and I didn't feel a thing. She was kind and gentle and quick! 100% recommend this place.
We always have respect for frontline workers. They are blessings from god. However, the behaviour from the staff in this location was unacceptable. We don’t know the name of the workers there, however, I believe that they are both East Asian (I have no intentions of being racist here, I just wanted to be a bit more specific.) We are aware of this pandemic and have no intentions of giving workers a hard time, but the staff there was treating us with quite disrespect. I have made my final decision and will not be coming back here.
