I took my 18mo baby to this location for blood work. Fahmeeda was amazing; even though my baby started crying, she remained calm, keeping the situation light and with a smile on her face and talking to me through the whole thing. She never got nervous or upset that he was crying, she tried to calm him down, taking in a gentle and upbeat way. It took her some time to feel the baby's vein, but she only attempted to insert the needle when she was confident that she could do it - she wasn't poking him around as I've seen it happen with my eldest kid in other places. Overall, pretty positive experience and I would definitely go back for her if I need any blood work for my kids again.
I had very bad experience today I went for blood test One of the staff member Name femeda was very rude behaviour and very harsh on me even though I told her used my left arm she denay and she started pookking the needle in my right arm didn't work blood didn't coming she was hurting me so bad i told her it's hurt she just ignore me then she told me give her my left arm then I told her I know that not gonna work because I did Go multiple times I know about it
I arrived to the clinic at 0745. There were at least 10 people ahead of me, which is to be expected. The wait could range between 30 mins to 2 hours. There were two women working at the front desk, one who I noticed was speaking rudely to an elderly person in the waiting room. Definitely both parties were at fault here… but I believe your front desk employees should be retrained in professional conduct and adequate bedside manner under stressful situations. I thought the front desk handled it poorly. I’m only giving 3 stars because the phlebotomist was very kind to me and skilled at drawing bloodwork.
I m a student from pharma medical science college of Canada. I had an excellent experience at Dynacare. The staff members Janet tonge, Fameedah and Thelma are outstanding professionals who are also very kind and supportive. They guided me with patience and helped me learn valuable skills such as phlebotomy, ECG and other so many things. Their encouragement and professionalism made my time here very rewarding. I am truly grateful for their support and mentorship. The clinic is very clean and welcoming, and I always felt comfortable there. It was such a great experience, and I’m really happy I got the chance to work with them. Thank you.

All the staff are accommodating and friendly. They prioritized my daughter with Autism. We didn’t have to wait very long. Fahmeeda had a magic touch. She took our blood gently and quick. She made my daughter comfortable for the ECG and blood test.
Great place! Clean, friendly, professional. I was in and out in 10 minutes (doing blood work). Fahmeeda who took my blood was incredible, usually it takes three tries and agonizing pain as my veins are too small to find / poke. She did it in one try. Thank you :)
