Worse lab center for going for a test appointment. Don't waste your time going there. You will experience a detrimental service. Workers there, have less modals than a caged dog. What a way of dealing with customers! In their faces you can see every sign of unpleasant attention toward making you feeling depreciated.
I have my blood work done 10 days ago, but They didn't send the results to my family doctor yet. So, they call them for sending the result. I missed my turn and had been waiting for so long. By the way, the employees are very nice.
I did my blood work here and they told me 5 days your doctor will get the results I went 1 month to my doctor and they didn't sent the results and we had to call them to sent my results and took time my doctor had to go see another patient so I waited long thanks to this med-health laboratories I won't do my blood work here
The woman at the front desk told me to come 10 minutes earlier than my x-ray appointment. I did so, but in the end I had to wait for my turn for as much as 25 minutes. I recommend you to adjust your work more qualitatively, because there is no desire to use your service again.
Bad service, they never send the results. I've already had blood tests done twice and more than 2 weeks go by and they never send the results until my doctor calls and asks. This place is really slow and the staff is very rude.
Understaffed. Had to wait an hour for basic bloodwork, even though I made an appt in advance. Very cheap supplies. They give you a plastic cup for urine samples and then make you transfer it into a tiny tube yourself, instead of giving you a proper sample cup. If someone had dexterity issues, they could have a lot of trouble with this requirement.
First time I went here a lady named Resel called me "rubbish" as i was going but i did nothing wrong. Then she admitted to her mistake and said sorry when I confronted her. Second time I went the same lady was yelling at me but again but i did nothing. Then the third time I came here the same lady was giving anyone that came in a mask but me, she refused to give me so i had to go downstairs to get one. Resel is very unprofessional and unethical. I recommend not going to this lab or go when Resel is not there.
