Called several times and no response...kept getting a message stating someone was on the phone and they were unable to answer. Assuming they're open.. considering someone was apparently on the phone..I drove all the way here to get blood work done and they're nowhere to be found. Doesn't exist whatsoever. Utterly useless and a complete waste of my time. I'd give them a -5 star if I could.
Great way to check under the hood for your testosterone levels. The process was pretty quick, roughly only a week and a half for the kit to be sent to me, then sent back to them and analyzed. They I was able to login to their web portal and check my results online. I will definitely use them again to check my levels in the future.
Today I have multi emails exchanged with one of the labs and got great helps from them to re arrange my appointment. I didn't read at all of cancellation policy on their website ( very clear indicated) but their patient and professionalism truly made me thinking to be a honest person particularly dealing with medical lab. I will come back next time before I book my flight ticket. Amazing customer service! Strongly recommend ! Last but not least this lab has so many different locations around and you will find one close where you live. I am happy finding them on the internet ! Thank you very much for your help ! After reading some of the reviews here I am really shocked at the treatment we received. I booked an antigen test for my wife and I, on May 11th and paid through my credit card. We were scheduled to do the test on May 17th. Through personal reasons we had to cancel the appointment on May 12th. We also got the confirmation that our appointment was cancelled and that the amount so debited would be credited to us.I called number of times and every time when the call was answered, the person on the line said " we are only a representative, an adviser will call you soon". The same response ( another 10 calls) continued until the end of June. In between I sent almost 7 e-mails but no response. On July 14th I was credited with one amount but the other amount is still to be paid. I have contacted the ministry of Health to report this matter. I have an online appointment with them on Aug 30, 2022. I will definitely confirm everything in details so that other people like me are not scammed. I am willing to provide all details to confirm my statement.Thank you
Terrible customer service with conflicting information given. Needed COVID test with specific information for a visa to Japan and they continued giving conflicting information from different representatives. They said they would get back to me with more information, but I had to continue calling them for weeks on end. In the end, I had to get a second PCR test done with a different pharmacy because of their unwillingness to respond. Would not recommend going to them.
I did my test today at 11.55am. As at 3:50pm I do not have my result. I have called twice - I was disconnected once and now i have been on hold for 10 minutes. Can somebody help? Call me on xxxxxxx. I will change rating later depending on how soon I get my result. Got my call and my result within 10 minutes of posting my initial review
Did not provide my results in the time that they advertised on their website and I missed a flight due to their mistake. Also their costumer service isn’t helpful at all. PS. In response to DM6 Labs: I have emailed you several times requesting a refund, and I’ve received no response or acknowledgment
