I really like the ability to register online to reduce the wait time at the office. My technician was Indu and she was very patient finding a good vein to draw from. Painless and efficient. Thank you INDU.
I had a seamless experience here with Imelda. I happened to be in the neighbourhood and required a blood test + ECG. I walked in and was seen very quickly. I told her how I am not the best at blood tests and she allowed me the room with a bed. It was one of the few times I didn’t have a bad experience doing a blood test and I know it’s due to the comfort and care that she showed. Whole thing was under 20 minutes. Would go back if I lived in the area!
3.7 seems somewhat unfair as a rating. I found the staff quick and efficient. Social when they needed to be and professional. The only challenge is this is a BUSY location. The 2 of the 3 times I went, there was standing room only. There is seating for maybe 20 if I recall correctly. So you get the idea.
I checked in online before going, and there was no line-up when I arrived — the whole process was quick and efficient, which I really appreciated. However, the day after my visit, I noticed a large bruise at the spot where my blood was drawn. While I understand some bruising can happen, this one was bigger than usual and quite noticeable. Overall, the service was fast and smooth, but I wish more care had been taken during the blood draw to avoid this outcome.
It’s obviously a busy medical laboratory so I understand why they don’t answer the phone calls. When I arrived there I had to wait about an hour to take my blood test done. But it was fine because they notified me via text when my turn got closer. The staff were really nice and friendly. Thanks to the staff who took my blood! In addition to this, I got my results on Sunday morning that I didn’t expect that I can have it this much fast. I thought it might be done after the weekend since it's a long weekend. Overall I had a good experience with this office.
Went on Thursday at 12pm roughly. Advise all to check in online to save time but location wasn't busy at all. Only waited 8 minutes once I arrived. Quick and easy blood draw for me. Elderly lady before me was praising staff as well about how not painful the process was and no bruising.
Don't try calling because they do not answer their phone. Really annoying when you need to confirm if they have a specific test that might need to be ordered
