The BEST authentic tacos in North York WOW! I took a chance on this spot and they did not disappoint. The lady at the front was so helpful and kind. I originally came for the tacos de lengua but unfortunately, they were sold out (I came on a Sunday evening). However, I definitely recommend the surtida and campechano tacos! The sauces were perfect and actually spicy (which I love). It also came with pico and pickled onions which was a bonus! Prices were super reasonable- 3 loaded tacos with 4 sauces, pico and pickled onions for less than $20! Also, I tried the concha and it was equally amazing. This is now my new go-to taco spot and the best part is, I didn’t have to go all the way downtown for it! Overall, 10/10 I did takeout but next time, I will have to dine in. Best authentic tacos in Gta. Tucked in this small south American mall, Chente's Taqueria is accessed from the outside. They were fast and fresh. Toppings are on a side table with all the fixings that you can't miss. The guacamole sauce came out of a squeeze bottle but was good. The chunky hot sauce was the hottest which I thought was just right. At $5/ taco for any kind, 3 would fill any avg sized man. Loved the lingua and the tripa tacos the most. A must try for any taco lover
I almost want to gatekeep this place to myself but I gotta give credit where it’s dueeeee. These tacos are out of this world!!!!! Crazy good. My bf bought home the brisket tacos and they were PACKED, so flavourful and so tender. Prices are super reasonable too. I gotta go back n try other toppings. This is my new taco spot.
