Portion is small and a lot of attitude from the store manger. Very poor communication and customer service skills. Don’t come here it is not worth your money!
Placed a pickup order thru SKIP. Order was confirmed. Got a text message that my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived they didn't know about my order and had to wait an additional 10-15mins.
Told the guy making my food no onions or tomatoes. The dude then puts salsa in and tells me it has to have that after I said no onions or tomatoes. Im pretty sure it was the manager or owner as he was wearing a collared shirt. For this stupidity I would never come back here or recommend it to anyone. I work in the area too so none of my coworkers are going to come here either because of my experience.
Absolutely amazing service all around. Both the manager, Mayank and the other staff are always so friendly and welcoming. The food is always so fresh and delicious. This is the best Mucho Burrito location out of all the ones I tried. I also make several orders through Uber Eats and the food is always of high quality even through delivery. Highly recommend 10/10.
I always have food cravings and today I was craving for burrito, but the one most close to both my home and work was more than 20 minutes driving, than I saw this place (very close to both my home and work), than I came to eat here. I truly liked the burrito!!! For sure I will be back!!! Now I have a place close to me for my burrito cravings!!!
Not the person who served us. Did not know nothing about the menu. It was something on the menu two times protein let me ask the what does that mean? She did not know. We asked to put them extra sauce and she's going to dab. The store is empty. You was not busy at all. Nobody there and she couldn't put extra sauce from somebody who was trying it for the first time. Made that they don't really want my business. That's too bad you got your reply what I would have done is because he's used for so slow. I would try to keep the customer and offer him a free meal again. Give her the second chance but you did not do that. I'm not looking for free food. What that would tell me you want me to get rid of second chance but I think I even seen that way
Very nice! Great value meal, excellent and quick service right in front of you, nice hospitality, with healthy options too like brown rice and whole wheat burrito wrap. Hope to be back with family and friends!
