The massage itself was steady and effective, helping relieve tension, especially in the back and shoulders. They also gave us snacks while waiting. Overall, it’s a solid spot if you’re looking for a straightforward, relaxing massage experience.
I came in last month for a facial and still haven’t forget how relaxing I felt, it was the perfect experience to celebrate my birthday and blindly recommend to visit. The facial was top notch, very relaxing and educative. The eucalyptus steam and sauna were daydreaming and can’t wait to go again. Front staff are very welcoming and were attentive to my needs at all times.

I’ve been a loyal monthly client at Hammam Spa for body treatments and facials, and I’ve always respected their policies — I show up on time, tip well, and never cancel last minute. My usual esthetician Sakshi is fantastic, and Mitra has also been kind and helpful in the past. However, I had a terrible experience today that left me feeling completely disrespected. I showed up for a chemical peel that was recommended to me by Mitra during my last facial. I told her I had laser hair removal the following week, and she told me it was safe to come back after 7 days. To be extra careful, I booked it 11 days later. When I arrived, I was told the peel couldn’t be done because 14 days are required after laser. I was fine with that — Mitra was polite and professional, and I don’t blame her for the miscommunication. But the receptionist at the front desk was rude and condescending. She kept insisting I had to pay for the service as a last-minute cancellation and that the amount would go as a credit — even though I never cancelled, and I was just following the advice given by their own staff. She even said I should’ve known the rule because I “signed a consent form before,” and spoke to me like I was stupid and didn’t understand what “credit” means. It was disrespectful and insulting. I walked out feeling angry, hurt, and totally unappreciated as a regular client.
