Grace - my massage needed your effort to assist with muscle pain and tightness, not a rub. Please respect and appreciate the cost for your services which requires you to honour your employment. Your comment to pass me on to someone who can torture me was certainly unprofessional and rude. I will not return even though I’ve been at this location for more than five years.
Grace was absolutely fantastic! Her questions zeroed in on my problem areas. Shared her plan, and executed using steady pressure. She also guided my breathing to support the most effective relief; also suggested and demonstrated stretches to help resolve the root cause of the pain. I highly recommend this wonderful gem!
I went to this location for the first time because I wasn't happy with the location I had used in the past. The Don Mills Hand and Stone is wonderful. Lots of free parking,.friendly receptionist and very quiet and zen atmosphere. The relaxation massage I had was excellent. The whole time the room was nicely dim and the music was tranquil. The therapist checked in occasionally to make sure the pressure was ok and allowed the session to be quiet. The whole body massage was very good and I left feeling lighter. Bonus also..the therapists mask still at this location which was a very nice surprise. A hepa was also running in the main reception area and in the room I had my massage. I would definitely go back to this location again. Thanks so much for a great experience.
Had an amazing experience here getting my first ever massage. The receptionist Tanya was very polite and accommodating, and Sue was very receptive and gave me a great massage. Will definitely be coming back
5 Stars - Highly Recommend! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Head & Stone Spa on Don Mills. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The spa is super clean, the atmosphere is incredibly pleasant, and the staff are welcoming and professional. You can easily book online, which makes things so convenient. I’ve been to Elmwood Spa and spent over $400 there, but honestly, Head & Stone blew it out of the water — and at a much more affordable price. The quality of service here is unmatched, and I truly felt pampered and relaxed. I’m already planning my next visit and I encourage everyone to check it out. You won’t be disappointed!
I had my second massage with Rozan today, and she was absolutely amazing! She is highly skilled, attentive, and knows exactly how to relieve tension and stress. Her technique is excellent, and she creates such a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Both times I’ve visited, I’ve left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend Rozan to anyone looking for a great massage experience!
Went for a couples massage today - Grace and Rosanne are amazing as usual. They are able to find the trouble spots without you telling them. Excellent in treating but still able to provide a relaxing massage. Highly recommend this location!
