I had my nails done here about 2 years ago and only just remembered to write a review after receiving a gift card. I went in for French tip nail extensions with Ophelia — BIG mistake. Not only did the appointment take over 3 excruciating hours, but the entire time I had to constantly correct her, telling her to file more, fix the shape, anything to make them look halfway decent. The end result? Absolutely horrific. Thick, lumpy, uneven nails that looked like they were done by a complete amateur — and that’s being generous. The photo below speaks for itself. To make matters worse, after wasting over 3 hours of my life, I still paid $140 for this nightmare because I didn’t even have the energy to argue anymore. The woman at the cashier had the audacity to look me straight in the eye and LIE, saying they looked “so good” and “so pretty.” Spare me. It was insulting and felt like they were trying to gaslight me into believing I hadn’t just been scammed. This was hands down one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. Unprofessional, overpriced, and a total scam. DO NOT GO HERE FOR NAILS unless you enjoy wasting time, money, and leaving with nails that are nothing short of disgusting. I should've taken a picture from the side to show the thickness of these nails. Felt like I had rocks on my fingers.
I had my first visit for Brazilian virgin wax along with full legs and full arms waxing with Arya. I had a wonderful experience and I would definitely come back again.
RUDE RECEPTIONIST! I used to go here but because of the receptionist when I went, she was extremely rude and aggressive. I went to another place and didn’t go through my appointment with them after that behaviour. EDIT: no one reached out to me even after they commented they would ?
