I have been going to uptown spa for a very long time. I been seeing Claudia for waxing and she is very good and super fast and very professional! The staff at front desk are nice and kind! I would recommend Claudia for waxing for anyone
the wax was amazing raya was super nice for my legs,ronya was amazing and gave a beautiful result of straightening my hair and trimming with amazing hair advice,rita was amazing with my nails so sweet amazing conversation and amazing nail results and the reception was nice
poor management .got an appointment for 11am for face wax , reached the salon and the salon staff who was supposed to do it said i dont do face wax , the perosn who does will get free after an hour . the receptionist should at least know who does what . left the salon with no service .
The Uptown Spa is a wonderfully relaxing place--from the kind and friendly staff at the front desk, to the very professional, skilled hair stylist, aestheticians and massage therapists. I especially love pedicures, facials and massage therapy! Time spent at the Uptown Spa is a great way to let go of the stresses of the day. I know you will love the Uptown Spa as much as I do!
I cannot describe how disappointed I am, I went on Saturday to have my eyebrows done, I was so excited thinking that I will step out from there happy, unfortunately it was the opposite. I had the appointment with Rafi, she completely ruined my eyebrows, I will have to wait for at least 6 months for them to gow. Girls, don't go there to have your eyebrow done, you will leave from there crying.
