Terrible service experience from this company, ordered the tiles originally they had them in stock at the warehouse, picked them up no issues. Ordered another box they stated it would take 2 weeks to arrive from Montreal no problem we waited. 3 weeks in no update from ciot. Sent another email to ask where the order was and it was never ordered. Finally arrives a week later (mind you I’m sitting with an half finished kitchen now for a month). Grab an extra bag of grout SPECIFICALLY stating I don’t think I’ll need it but just taking it so I don’t need to make another trip - girl at the desk says nothing and not noting anything about it being a final sale. My third trip to the warehouse I’m now being told it’s final sale and they won’t take it back. This entire experience has been extremely costly, time consuming and frustrating. On top of this their salespersons emails kept bouncing (Melissa Hu). I will never trust ciot with my projects again.

They listened to my needs, provided expert advice, and helped me find the perfect tiles for my space. The selection is amazing, and their customer service is top-notch. Experience at Ciot was excellent; the salesperson Negin Dizaji was attentive, answering all questions promptly both before and after purchase. The tiles were nice and arrived safe and neat.
We’ve happily worked with Silvia to select tiles for a number of projects. She’s provided great advice. Ciot continues to be a go-to destination for our tile shopping!
My client ordered a tile at this company and they set the tile on stock. When we came to pick up the tile it wasn’t ready. They apologized and promised that it gonna be ready for pick up on next day. Second time happened the same situation. They didn’t worn me even about it!! I wasted total 6 hours total of my time, gas and 300$ penalty to my subcontractor. After all we decided to cancel our order, because they couldn’t answer when we can get our tile exact. Never recommend this company to my clients again!!!
HORRIBLE SERVICE! I absolutely hate the fact that Ciot Tile has stones that other suppliers don't, therefore I am FORCED to place my order with them. ANGELA is extremely rude and definitely needs a refresher course in customer service.
