This is the second time we have bought backsplash tile for our kitchen at Satillo. We searched the city and always return here with great success. Excellent design advice and a carefully curated selection of tiles that we haven’t seen in other stores in the city. Definitely worth the trip!
I found Saltillo online and was excited about the many options they had for tiles. More than other places. And from the moment I came in Yoani was so friendly and helpful. This place has great customer service!!! And the products are high quality and beautiful. This is the place to go.
Beautiful tiles and exceptional service! We dealt with Rhodora. Not only was she very helpful in the showroom - she responded to email on the weekend when we found ourselves a bit short on tile (our fault as we modified our plan). Great selection of in stock tile. High quality. Good variety. A terrific experience.
We were short on tile right before Xmas. An amazing sales person (Yoani) helped us out so much. Now we are able to finish the job on time-instead of waiting for another week or so. So incredibly helpful on the phone!
I spoke to a man on the phone who was super rude and unprofessional. I asked about the size and colours of a specific tile and he ignored my questions and said he has a lot of customers and to just come in and see for myself. Sounded like he wanted to get me off the phone
I would give the staff and owner a zero for customer service. They are rude and abrupt...and are particular on who they deal with. My designer sent me there and both experiences were the same...they were too busy doing paperwork or unwilling to help me. The first time was on a weekend and they were busy, so I could sort of understand: although the owner told a customer in a loud voice for everyone to hear "you need to say please when you ask for a sample. I am not a dog. Ive been doing this for 30 years". I went back today; the guy I dealt with was nice enough but it was his second day. There was only another couple and myself in the store. He said the designer (asian heavy set woman)would help me when she was finished with other customers. I waited and then he asked me to come back tomorrow as she had paperwork to do. I got there before the couple she was helping! Hideous. It was a drive for me to get there and they put paperwork before customers. I will NEVER go back and told my designer about the experience. She sent me to Cercan who were professional and experienced.
