So impressed with Marble Design and their customer service! We found exactly what we wanted here and ended up buying all our countertops for our kitchen and bathrooms here! Didn't even need to shop around anywhere else because their product selection is so vast and so unique. My husband and I usually like to take quite a bit of time to make decisions (and countertops for the kitchen are a huge decision) and honestly selecting the stones and designs at Marble Design has been the easiest decision so far!
This marble company is absolutely the worst company with the worst ethics and customer service. Khevah is the most rude, unorganized, and sarcastic sales rep. We paid a deposit for our kitchen stone and was expecting them to hold it for us until installation. We later found out that they had sold out kitchen stone to another client while we were waiting for installation. This delayed our kitchen renovation for a whole 2 months as we had to wait on the next shipment. Khevah did not take ownership and was very defensive. Then few months later as our powder room needs to be redone, we asked Marble design to hold the powder room piece again. Once again, they sold it to another customer further delaying our progress. When we brought up the fact that this happened with our kitchen stone, Khevah conveniently mentioned that he doesn't even remember that happening. It completely dismisses the client's feelings and comes off so rude and arrogant.
We recently bought tiles for our new build in Oakville and we are pleased with the results. The selection at Marble Design was fantastic, and Iman provided exceptional help throughout the process. The tiles look absolutely stunning in our home!!
