Got a brake fluid change! I was already aware my car has many problems but these guys, just by driving it & giving it a quick inspection, they were able to identify the issues of the car which my previous mechanic was responsible for and could not identify. If I could add another star, I would. Arthur was very knowledgeable, informed us of the issues and gave us very detailed, honest advice on what to do or should do next. I wish I could have these guys fix my car but after what the previous mechanic did and all the trouble I went through with this car, it’s not worth it for me anymore, but when I get a new car, this will be my go-to mechanic. Arthur and his team at Active Autozone were excellent to deal with. I had a new valve cover and oil filter housing gasket put in my n52 328i. I was well informed of how the old parts failed and was very surprised with their excellent pricing. Job was completed day of. Will for sure be back if anything else comes up!

Great place. Went in. Got what I needed. (I knew where it was). Paid the friendly cashier who said hello and asked me how I'm doing. Then I left. Been there 3 times and always a quick in and out. The first time I was there they helped me.
This mechanic shop is very professional and honest with the customer. I went to this place yesterday to replace Valve cover gasket its leaking oil for my BMW X5. Now it's done. It is a very clean shop. They clean all the sludge and old leaked oil before and after processing it. They know the European car (BMW, MERCEDES, etc...) Also, he checked related parts as well for extra care that I did not even request. They Double-check before I left to make sure everything is okay. I strongly recommend this place.
