You call for a quote, they can give you pricing while you wait if they wanted to but they make you wait for a call back then they dont call you back. Great operation. They dont even have an email or quote form on there website. What else is new. I called back and the quote was just through the roof. Save yourself big money order your part from rock auto and take it to one of the smaller mom n pop private mechanics in that area which there are dozens and on avg at least 30-40% cheaper.
If I didn't trust Frank so much, I would not go all the way up North from where I live, just to have my car serviced by him. If Frank says, This........ has to be done, you can believe him. Does what is necessary. I don't go back to the dealership, I go to Frank.

Frank and his team of friendly mechanics took great care of my older Lincoln, did everything they could to successfully solve some confusing issues with the vehicle and were very helpful and what can I say, the customer service was second to none. The prices are more then fair too! I’ll be going back to Frank every time I have any mechanical issues with any of my vehicles. Thanks again Frank! Highly recommended.
