Called to book an appointment after buying a groupon deal for $35, was told its $25 extra, unbelievable as owner kept saying audi bmw will ofcourse cost more, i was like mine is hyundai elantra 2013 which doesnt need Specialty filter and take 5 litre oil, useless trick to steal money, stay away
Bought a car from a nearby dealership that partners with Mr Auto Repair, and it required a gasket job (a big 5 hr job) and oil and filter change, which according to my dealer this shop performed. Update: 1 month in and the engine started a rattle, from a rod knock, engine is now done, mechanic found out that oil was changed and a chinese non OEM filter was used, either this was the cause or not for the engine failure, it's unconscionable to use non OEM to save a few $$$ for profit on a BMW customer, taking the 5 stars down to 1 unfortunately. Engine is now destroyed.
This business is a fraud.They sell "good deals" on Groupon.You buy the voucher but when you try to make an appointment they never answer, the mailbox is always full and if you manage to leave a message they never call back.I contacted Groupon and after back and forth they tell you to call them for a refund. Obviously they never answer. So they sell a service they never provide. I'm sure CRA will like to hear about that.
Got my brake pads changed, tires changed, wheels aligned and also got the oil and filter change at the shop. Great customer service, great job. Will recommend.
I had a bad experience with this car repair shop. They took my insurance documents for glass replacement and kept me waiting for two weeks. I lost valuable time trying to contact them, but they didn't respond to my messages and calls. I was forced to get the glass replacement done through another company.
Honest and most affordable auto repair shop with great quality. Even though I've moved out of Toronto recently, I keep on driving here quite a distance for oil change and other maintainance because I trust these guys.
