I had a very disappointing experience at this mechanic shop. The staff seemed unprofessional and unsure, especially when it came to changing the transmission fluid. I had also asked them to check a sensor issue, but it was completely ignored, and they never followed up or returned my calls. When I asked questions, the staff responded rudely, showing a complete lack of respect and basic customer service. Overall, poor service, unprofessional behavior, and no courtesy — I won’t be returning.
