I got Chevy Silverado 2023 running only 28k. I have the car for service for 3 call back. Car still under warranty. They charge over 1k for oil change and air filters. Labour charge 500 cad for calibration of brake(not change). They left car cabin dirty and the lady advisor said no discount no cabin cleaning. I didn't like their service with such high bills. Even they don't cover rent car for 1 day for such callback. Never go back.

Brought my truck in for diagnostics and repair on a Friday. I had an appointment, but the assigned service manager ignored me completely while I was standing at his desk for over 15 minutes until someone else took on my truck. It took all day to get get a quote and diagnosis. Service manager said he’d call me Monday to confirm ordering parts and arrange repairs since the shop was now closing. He didn’t call. I called 5 times over two weeks, leaving messages and asking for assistance. No call back. I complained in week 3, and was assigned a new service manager who was to call me the next work day morning. At 3pm I received a call with no return info, message, or name. I’ve called 3 times since then without resolution. It’s been a month since diagnostics, and still no parts ordered or repair appointment set. Literally the worst service from any shop in the 30 years I’ve owned cars. Avoid this place.
Most definitely the best experience I have encountered. I traded in one vehicle for a new SUV. Russell and his team at City Buick were so helpful every step of the way. Highly recommend this dealership.
