Do not be fooled by this auto shops prices. That’s how they’re going to get you. The people here have no integrity at all, they’ll say one thing and then turn around 30 minutes later and then suddenly say that your car is going to need maintenance. The prices they give you may seem nice and they may seem reliable but it’s all a front, they’re just going to temporarily fix the “issue” you have, and then come back because the price they gave you before was “on the lower side”. This is how they get you to spend more money, because of their lack of integrity and morals.
I came to this auto shop for an issue I had with a sound in my car when braking. When someone looked at my brakes and took it for a test drive, he then said that my brakes were fine and nothing was wrong with them. So, he proceeded to just oil up the parts to help with the squeaking of my brakes for $80. Then, another man comes out and tells me that all of my brake pads and rotors need to be replaced for $800. I told him that I will go to a different place to get them replaced for cheaper and he sent me off with my car. When I went to another auto shop, they told me that my brakes were completely fine and had no issues and did not need to be replaced. I already knew that it was suspicious to begin with because the first person told me my brakes were fine, and then they changed their mind after 30 minutes. This place tried to scam me, someone who has no knowledge of cars into replacing my brakes that had no issues. Please do not support a business like this that thinks its okay to take advantage of their customers.
My friend went to get her car checked for a sloshing sound in which one individual said only oil and some small maintenance was required. After a bit, another person came and requested her breaks fulling fixed and needed change with a quote of $800. With that we went to another centre and they fully checked the breaks and nothing was wrong. Whoever this individual was and lied is putting a terrible rep on this shop. Edit: name was possibly Wayne.
What do I say about this place it's my favourite mechanic shop from owner to every single stuff at the shop very hard working stuff polite and kind their background from Vietnam I would recommend this place for every single person that has any type of car issue to visit them there are mechanics and body work my favourite guys are the painter and the owner's brother they are Jack of all trade.
What I experience is the most reliable and fully responsibilities for all kinds of service, just what I expect to be of their honest, therefore, I will go nowhere else, I always think about them when I have a car issue which needs to be fixed, it is very helpful and convenience.
Just a note that this place is not for Electric Vehicles - if you read the reviews, one reviewer says that they have been going there for 10 years. There were no Electric Vehicles 10 years ago.
