I have been going this place since 2005. 20 Years now. They are amazing people. They will find problem and fix it will minimum cost. They will say no if no need to spend on unnecessary repair. They are best and honest. You cannot go wrong with them.
I've been bringing my car to fenmar auto for 3 years now, and I've always been impressed. The mechanics are knowledgeable, honest, and fair. They explain everything in a way that I understand, and they always do a great job. I highly recommend them for any auto repair needs.
Had an exhaust crisis on a Sunday - called this place at 1pm, they said sure come over. I waited for 30 mins, they diagnosed and fixed the problem in 15 for a very reasonable price. very kind, professional and incredibly efficient. would definitely go back. would have had to pay 3x this if I went to the dealership.
Best place ever I went for my car service. Very friendly people and they give you better advice, they are not like once you go there they give you long bills. Highly recommend
Unprofessional and untalented. Broke the wheel lock during a tyre swap. And then told me the wheel locks are useless and broke the other 3 too. Broke the wheel lug in the car to remove the 4th tyre they had issues with and charged me for the extra cost involved? They broke my car and made me pay for the repair. 0/10 experience. Just go somewhere else
I literally called in advance that I was coming in at 6;30 the guy on the phone agreed. I come and the guy keeps saying we’re closed we’re closed. They close at 7pm he just didn’t want to take me in and was very rude about it. He was not even remorseful or anything. I don’t even know why I tried to come here terrible location terrible customer service
It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust ... I've been going to this location for maintenance related and minor things for years now ... Bob never tried to make extra cash by saying you should so xyz, instead, if I asked him regarding replacing xyz he'd say it's not that bad yet, bring it after few months unless it causes issues. Their prices are also reasonable. Having said that, this is not a dealership work and that'd be comparing apples with oranges. If you don't take your vehicles to dealership for maintenance and go to ABC mechanic shop instead, would definitely recommend checking this place out. They're usually very busy, so I wouldn't go if I have other things planned shortly after.
