TWICE now they have done work on my car without my approval. I come for oil changes only because of convenience being close to work, and this is why. They lied about calling me and opted to rip off stabilizer links without trying to "call again". Thus, handcuffing me to give them business. This weasel of a mechanic gives mechanics a bad name. Fool me twice, shame on me right? Only reason I would actually give a star is because the ladies in the office are great. Too bad I'll never see them again, can't trust the main mechanic.
Excellent service. Quick, honest, and friendly. Our whole family had been going to them for years. Our car needed its second service/ maintenance. The dealership was going to charge us around $450-500. It included changing the cabin filter. At Glennalan motors/duFinch they checked and topped up all the fluid levels, checked the filter, which didn't need replacing (why change it just to charge us) and did the oil change and the other maintenence that was required. Final total was $126 with tax. Compared to 3-4x that at the dealer! Great price and great work. Derek and Marlon know their business and keep it honest. Highly recommend.
Excellent service! I was traveling from michigan to Montreal, and stopped by cause I had an engine check, they solved the problem very fast and gave me advices for other issues. Very reliable!
This is why Glennalan is the best mechanic shop in North Toronto. I had a flat tire in the early afternoon today. I was able to put on the spare and call Glennalan. Last minute, Mandy was able to schedule me in for 3 pm. Not only did they resolve the flat, but were able to get my summer tires on, thereby saving me a second trip in a week or so. The best Automotive Service in Toronto for sure.
On July 09, I made an appointment for Jul 15, 10 am, to service my Honda Civic. The car was taken in at 10 a.m., and it was ready shortly before 11 am. That's what I call good service. Thank you, Du-Finch Service Ltd.

Glenn and Alan are two brothers. This business has their names on it and it shows pride of ownership. Both Glenn and Alan are there every day. They have been looking after my vehicles for 30 years and have never let me down. They do HONEST work for a fair price. I highly recommend them!
