Got my car fixed there, literally within 2 months the issue came back and when I took it back to them they said it’s a different issue and would cost 2k to fix whereas other mechanics told me that’s the same issue from before.
Professional and good quality service. Vadim, mechanic of Good Tech Auto center defined problem with car and fix it within three hours. Recommend this Auto Center for anyone who want to get professional and reliable car service
First time leaving a review. If you’re looking for a mechanic do NOT go here. I tried to get a safety certificate and was told that theres a small crack on the tires that cannot be seen and they wanted me to buy new winter tires. I told them that I had summer tires and was advised to come back the next day to install the summer tires for them to issue the safety. I came back the following day and they ISSUED a safety WITHOUT putting the summer tires. Made me waste time for no reason just to try to pressure me to buy new winter tires for them. Again DO NOT go to this mechanic. They are scamming you to get more sale.
CROOKS! They would never let u pass the safety test unless u change everything and charge you $80 for nothing. Went to another place and passed easily in 20 mins. Worst place in the whole city. DONT COME!
Beware: crooks! First service (just an oil change) was ok, although I am pretty sure that a healthy scratch on the right front fender of the car appeared from that visit (not 100% sure, mind you, so this review does not reflect that service). Subsequent visit was horrible: they did not fix the brake or lights issues on the first visit, nor second (even though they claimed then did). On the third visit, they added a bunch of other charges, claiming that those items were not apparent until they tried the first replacements (I felt I deserved those original items' replacement charges to be reversed in that case, but they refused). Brake issues returned after 3 weeks, at which point, I just went to Canadian Tire just around the corner. They said that whoever did the brakes did not know what they were doing (they originally asked me if I did the repairs on my own!). When I told them the issue with the lights, they looked around, and said that none of the (claimed) parts were replaced, and that the original issue was probably just a loose wire or a loose fuse or possibly the battery (they tested the battery to be sure, but there was nothing wrong with it). Summary: Good Tech are crooks (or possibly incompetent + crooks). Avoid!
