I needed body work done for my Ford Flex. Very impressed with service at Highlight Auto. I worked directly with Long. He was professional, affordable and absolutely HONEST. I picked up my car a few days later and not only was it fixed to profection, but he added a detailed car wash inside and out! Recommend.

I had a 2022 SUV fixed at Highlight and the staff were very friendly, professional, and gave me a very competitive quote/price! They repaired and painted the car to its original state.
First of all, this place is amazing. Definately a place you can trust to receive speedy, quality, professional service! They painted parts of my car that were damaged in an accident and my car looks newer than it did when I first purchased it! Also, I had seen an air bubble in a part that they had painted, I came back and pointed it out and they were so understanding, buffed it out for me right away, no questions asked. I HIGHLY Recommend them and will come back for more service on all of my furture vehicles.
I have been a customer since 2008. Great service. They take the time to explain what they are doing. Excellent customer service. I recommend this shop to everyone I know.
All I have to say is the mechanics were great. But the front desk person Kenny. Was not accommodating. And not professional. Walked in, to talk about my car being serviced. Since my car needed a engine swap. That was going to cost me $6000. Not including labour. So I thought coming in would help me figure out what options I have. I think I came in the wrong time, while he was watching his movies on the computer. Didn’t greet, or asked what he was able to help me with. He told me I either fix it or find another place. And that I would have to tow it soon before they charge me for parking. I’m not sure what his position is there, but they need to hire someone new with better communication and customer service skills. I don’t recommend this place unless you're okay getting ripped off.
