So glad I was given a recommendation for Intense Auto and Alex. I had been servicing my fairly new car at the dealership and there was apparently always something else needed not covered by warranty. I needed a second opinion on a "major" issue so brought it to Alex and he diagnosed a very minor cause, fixed it and sent me on my way. Since then my car only goes to him. He is very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to deal with and I have now sent other friends and family there, all very pleased with the service. GREAT PLACE!

Ppl don’t get fooled by these reviews it’s his family and friends Alex is very unprofessional he charged me 3500$ and 6 WEEKS. Later I have the same issue simply called him he said he doesn’t want to repair it for free and he wants more money and hang up the phone on my face after I refuse to pay again for the same job. 6 WEEKS LATER just be careful ppl not even 6 weeks guys
