I had a terrible experience with Kang Auto Repairs. I went in for a safety service and they ended up charging me for unnecessary services that I didn't ask for. When I asked about the extra charges, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive. They didn't seem to care about providing good customer service or making things right. To make matters worse, I later found out that some of the work they did was not even necessary for the safety service. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be going back.
This mechanic is highly unprofessional. I strongly suggest having your auto needs attained by the next door mechanic who has wonderful customer service and quick turnaround. I feel like i was ripped off by kang auto. Please dont go there, worst customer experience and inexperience people they hired. He ripped me and my friends. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
Stay Away from this GUY. I went to this place to get my tires fixed. He first asked me for 200$ to buy parts and then when he was unable to fix it. He returned an even more damaged car and kept that 200$ in name of his service. If you have even a little bit of self-respect. AVOID this person at all cost. He's a theif
