DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR , AND MONEY . LOUSY SERVICE , OVERPRICED , TOO MUCH TIME SPENT TO FIX MINOR THINGS .If you can not find me on your logs is not my fault , but you can check your cameras , you have quite few .
Was forced to go here for warranty repairs, after my 2nd visit back because the repair wasn't done right and the check engine light returned a day later, I was forced to go back here again due to the warranty. This time they didnt like I had given a bad review online so refused to see my car. Took it to another mechanic and they showed me the sensor was never replaced in the first place, and said the mechanic probably just put a used one in to turn the light off. I haven't had any car trouble since going to another place.
Update: a few words for people saying that the owner is arrogant or rude: guys, you're not right. Look at yourself first. The man is working really hard, and almost every time I come to his office I see other visitors trying to cut into the waiting line, asking totally stupid and irrelevant questions, trying to give "professional" advice on how to fix a car, making rude complaints that there are too much cars in line in front of them etc. ANY hardworking person will be pissed off in such situation, so just be nice, leave the car and leave, then enjoy the ride after the work is done - you won't be disappointed. I'm with Master Tov since 2006, and I've never had any problem. Don't expect extra politeness from the owner, but he's the real guru anyway. Just decide for yourself what you're shopping for - is it excellent customer service (you may opt out and choose Canadian Tire, god save your car) or top vehicle service (then Master Tov is the choice). And just a friendly advice: come to Master Tov with symptoms, NOT with a diagnosis. Let them do the job, and you'll be happy with what you get.
Dunno what's arrogant in his behavior exactly (may be for those unfamiliar with E. European ways), but this is my permanent service shop and I'm more than happy to recommend it to anyone asking. The guy is honest and knows his stuff, this is what you need in a mechanic.
