They are honest and the prices are quite reasonable and they do not try to rip offeven if I ask them couple of times if my winter tires or something needs replacing or I need a alignment, they said no and they were quiet adamant about it. I really like that attitude. Would recommend this to people who needs and honest mechanic.
I went to Pleasant View Auto Centre because my car’s air vent was broken. At first, they told me it might need a replacement and labor cost, but after checking carefully, they managed to reinstall the broken part without charging me anything. I really appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and kindness. It’s rare to find a shop that doesn’t take advantage of customers. Highly recommend this place!

Hi Joe! Great experience here so I’m leaving a review. I highly recommend this auto shop to everyone! Here’s why: My Lexus IS 2017 was making strange grinding sounds in the morning, and it was getting louder and louder. I called Pleasant View Auto Centre in the morning and they fit me in within 30 minutes!! They asked me some questions regarding when the noises were happening, then I left my car with them and went on with my day. I get a call a few hours later with a full diagnosis on my car. Front brakes were completely worn out, rear brakes 30% worn out. However, the shop was completely honest with me, they didn’t try to upsell me on anything. In fact, they steered me away from spending more money and helped me make a reasonable decision. 2 days later, car was ready to go, sounds are gone, and I am definitely coming back! Honest professional service.
These guys are the real thing. No need to go anywhere else or to second guess their quality of work, fair pricing or excellent service. Often go well beyond the call of duty. Most of all I appreciate their business integrity. I have dealt with them for several years and their excellence is consistent. Every time I take my car there, I have total peace of mind. I've gone to Joe twice now, once for a leak to my power steering fluid, recently for a crack ro my front flex pipe. Both times, were quick and painless. Joe is patient, and is happy to explain things in detail in person or over the phone so that you're comfortable the process. Highly recommended
Stay away they will rip you off. My car have so many more problems after I got service here. They talk so nicely but put so many extra charges. Not recommended at all
