She offered me coffee and chatted with me for a while. She made me feel comfortable while I waited. You definitely get what you pay for. The service was top-notch.

Very knowledgeable. No nonsense. Fast service. Fair prices. Bought a 2007 Volvo XC90. Needed some repairs and safety. Came by late afternoon. The mechanic did a complete inspection as I was waiting and gave me a list of items that needed to be fixed right away vs things that were not critical and could wait. Didn't try to push unnecessary repairs. By next day, they installed new brakes, utility belt, water pump fixed minor electrical issues, and the safety certificate was ready. Prices were more than reasonable. Got plates and drove off same day. Wow, so happy I randomly found this place. Even got a full set of four hardly used tires w rims for my WV golf for only 200$ all in. Definitely my go-to place from now on!
