I recently went to Superior Tire to get winter tires for my new Hyundai Elantra. I originally bought a set of rims and some budget Chinese tires (my mistake!). As soon as I hit the highway, the car vibrated terribly — it was almost undrivable at higher speeds. The team at Superior Tire was incredibly helpful and patient. They let me upgrade to a much better set of tires, and even after that, when I still noticed a slight vibration, Shawn went absolutely above and beyond. He took the time to rebalance, rotated, and fine-tune everything until my highway driving was perfectly smooth again. I really appreciate their honesty, expertise, and dedication to getting it right. I was looking at their reviews and decided to call. The person who answered was very rude. I just wanted to know if they offered wheel alignment and balancing. And if I bought tires from them, did they include installation? They were very rude and instead of saying yes, they told me to look it up on their website. It's a shame because the company has 10 cars and needed service for the trucks and new tires for 7 of them. I wouldn't recommend this place to my boss or any of my friends under any circumstances. It took the guy longer to say "look it up on the website" than to simply say yes, it's included. If you don't know how to answer the phone, don't. I work for a company and I have to answer questions, no matter how strange, silly, or logical they are. That's my job, and that's what I get paid for.
I do not recommend this place, coz on Nov12 I go there and speak with the agent about winters tire and I told them if I can make it monthly payments they say yes ,so I do everything with them then they don’t explain anything for me about the payment if there is remaining or not they just told me we will call you when the tire available so I told them okey , then after 2 days I call them again to ask if they have already tire they say we will call you back but I don’t receive any call ,today Nov 19 I was at work I get call from the shop they say that I have to pay 300$ remaining money!?! I told them but I’m still not come to replace the tire on the car they say we already replace the tire in your car they say no we don’t believe you in the phone I told them I’m sure you don’t they say if you need us to believe you come to the shop I told them I’m at work to busy I can’t leave they say if I don’t go today they will not do anything for me I speak with my manger I told him I have to go !? And when I reach the shop they say oh sorry it was mistake?!!?!? what I’m going to do with this sorry I leave work was so busy and also I lose from my day pay 3 hrs coz I leave early to bad I will never ever go in this shop and also my family will not go and I will let all my friends know about that so they don’t get bad experience same me .
Awesome and helpful, super fast service and a nice lounge to wait while they change your tires. Literally the best auto service in the area. Customer service is super helpful and they are super reliable. Thanks again!!!
My experience was awful. They will say whatever you need to hear to get you in the door then tell you a different story when you are there. They are liars and can not be trusted. All the positive reviews are probabily from friends and family.
They can't keep track of appointments or orders. They wasted my time. Don't let them waste yours. Bad customer service. Everyone is overwhelmed and easily confused.
Got 4 new tires installed and they only changed 2 valves as they were suppost to change all 4 and i still paid for them, watch this place cuts corners...
