I came across this mechanic by accident and what a blessing. My car was shutting off while driving and had me totally freaked out. Rob was beyond accommodating as the car needed to keep going back and forth while we figured it out. I was never waiting for days and more importantly, I was always being informed and explained everything. Not once did I worry about being ripped off. Instead it felt like Rob was always trying things one step at a time, understanding that I was on a budget. I'm so happy to have come across this shop and highly recommend!!!
I recommend Superior Tire and Auto (Keele St. And Lawrence ave. W) shop to everybody! Rob is the man! He welcomed me even though I called in last minute! Didn't hesitate to go for a ride with my car so that he would fully understand what the problem was. I was reall happy with the service!
I had a flat tire on my way to work even with their busy schedules and appointments they were able to resolved my issue right away by fixing my flat tire. Which only cost me 28 dollar including tax if paid by cash it would be 20 dollars.
Brought my car in for a simple bolt tightening and was quoted 300$ to remove pieces of the car to check if the line was broken... and it was a brand new line put in 2 days ago. Told him no, drop my car and give it back and when I got on the phone to tell my own mechanic friend what they wanted to do the employee started to smirk. Never going back here.
I was referred to Rob at Superior by some close friends who have been going to him for many years. I have a great mechanic in Mississauga close to work, but needed someone close to home as well, especially with the pandemic ongoing. Rob is always amicable, listens well to issues being faced, and proposes solid solutions without over promising or upselling, which seems so common elsewhere. I had to get some major engine work done. He got me in as quick as possible, fixed the problem, and had the mechanic chat with me to clarify any outstanding concerns I had regarding my high mileage van. I felt heard and understood and walked away feeling more confident my vehicle is in good shape. In light of working from home these days, I think I'll become a new regular.
Does not follow covid-19 regulation as a customer with a dog was sitting indoors without a mask on. Other customer had a weird face shield but no mask either.
Omg I had to go through 5 different shops to find out exactly what was going on with my brakes and when superior at Keele took my car in, they did not ask to replace the whole part and disassembled my calipers and fixed it with changing a small part!! These guys run the shop like the local shops in 80's who did not lie!!! Love the staff and the owner runs the store himself so everything is overseen. By far the best service in my 20yrs of driving experience. Mechanic Joe is also very skilled and kind.
