Purchased a car that was safetied here and they missed out on a number of deficiencies that would have influenced my decision to not buy it. Took it to my mechanic and confirmed that a couple services and fixes needed to be made to make it road ready but Juan and his mechanics rushed the job I assumed and missed it. Asked Juan for a second opinion and he told me otherwise. Disappointed in the service and quality of work done on my car. The level of detail is not there...
Muy mal, le cambiaron los amortiguadores y lo dejaron mal. Cobraron como 750 o 800 y regrese a decir que me dejaron mal el carro y me dijeron que tenía que pagar otros 600. No recomiendo ir. Too bad, they changed the shock absorbers and left it bad. They charged about 750 or 800 and I went back to say that they left my car wrong and they told me that I had to pay another 600. I do not recommend going.
Worst experience ever! Juan is so disrespectful with other people's time, made me go 3 different times for "an appointment" and always was making excuses when I got there for my "appointment" to not fix my issue because in first place they didn't do their work properly. Es el peor servicio ni para cambiar llantas son capaz de balancear el carro sabiendo que eso esta incluido en el precio, una perdida de tiempo total y muy irrespetuoso.
Juan is a loving, personable mechanic who is honest and friendly. He gives over the top customer service. I appreciate his hospitality everytime I visit his shop. He is loyal to customers and I felt like he was a good friend after my first visit. The workers he has are always smiling and positive. Keep up the good work and God bless.

He and his staff are very professional and always do everything I ask of him and more . He is one of the most honest and caring people I have had the pleasure to do business with .
