Last week I had my road test and one of my rear brake lights was not working. I called so many places nearby everyone either gave me crazy prices or said they couldn’t do it that fast. Then I called here and they simply said “no problem come over” and gave me one-tenth of what other places were asking. They fixed it right away and were incredibly professional honestly it felt like I was at a bmw or ford service center. I don’t know the names of the staff but I’m so thankful to all of them because I passed my road test. It’s rare to find such honest shops like that in Toronto. I live downtown but from now on even for the smallest issue I’ll be going there. That’s how you truly earn loyal customers.
While I was driving from Montreal to Toronto, my car began making strange noises near Oshawa. CAA towed my car home and then to Victoria Park Automotive. The shop's service was amazing! Spiro patiently answered all of my questions on the phone. Then the mechanics found a simple problem - something had knocked off the left front wheel's brake protector during driving. So the mechanics hammered the protector back into place at no charge. It's great to have my car back again! The service was friendly and fast, and the garage was large, clean, and well-organized. I will definitely take my car there again next time.

Spiro and his team are INCREDIBLY kind and honest. As a young woman, I've had numerous garages try to either swindle me or upsell me on things I don't need, but never VPA. Victoria Park Automotive not only does incredible work, they are honest and trustworthy, and help me understand what they need to do and why. They never get annoyed by questions or concerns. I've relied on their opinion to help me keep my car in good shape and I trust them absolutely. There have been times where I've requested if I need a service where they could have lined their pockets by saying yes, but they were honest and told me it was unneeded. Their prices are very fair, and they get that a happy customer is a loyal one. I would recommend this shop to ANYONE and I have repeatedly. Honest and good work is so hard to find these days, and I'm so appreciative to the VPA team for being a garage I can really rely on.
I’m President of a local House League Hockey program and had a parent recommend this shop when I noticed a drip of oil under my car. I was fully prepared for repair cost “shock” but I was pleasantly surprised. Took my car in and Spiro & his mechanics repaired it in no time and pretty quick I might add. Fast-forward a few years and I now take my car there whenever I have an issue as we all know that a trustworthy (& capable) shop is worth it’s weight in gold. Theives. They charge above retail for parts... above retail. I can go to Canadian tire and pay retail and get better quality parts cheaper. A mechanic should have better pricing than retail, as they get deals through NAPA/suppliers. This loser charges above retail for everything. Some things he charges 2x retail. It ridiculous. I'm not even talking about labour. Just parts alone. Never mind he charges above book value for work to be done. Nothing but dirty thievery. Do not go here under any circumstances. Or you will pay an arm and a leg for garbage service, that doesn't even fix the issue correctly and creates more problems. Overcharging for top ups, doesn't let you know what work needs to be done before doing the work. George is a scam artist. Do not under any circumstances go here. I will be reporting these guys to every possible avenue. Scam scam scam artists.
