Exceptional Service and Quick Turnaround! I recently had to deal with an unexpected accident and needed to find a repair shop quickly. Fortunately, my friend recommended Carlos to me. I met him during the Labor Day short week. Despite being short-staffed, Carlos went above and beyond to help me right away and managed to squeeze in a quick fix for my car. I dropped off my car on Thursday morning and was amazed when it was ready for pick-up by Friday noon. The repair was impeccable; I couldn't even tell where the damage had been. To my surprise, Carlos also touched up other areas on the car, making it look even better than before. As a delightful bonus, my car was returned to me washed and looking like new. I brought my vehicle into Western Collision to repair a scrape from a fender bender, Carlo handled all the coordination with the insurance company, arranged for a rental vehicle (which was brought to the shop when I dropped off my personal vehicle, a huge convenience).
A good friend warmly recommended Carlo's collision repair shop when I was in need. Although the insurer recommended its own accredited shops, I prefered someone who helped my friend multiple times and was well trusted. Even if it was way further from my house than the local shops, it was more than worth it: Carlo is very friendly, helpful and down-to-earth. The repair was well done, both in substance and finish. Carlo went above and beyond, helped me with a better courtesy rental deal, quality parts, and convincing the insurer to choose the best approach for me. I have serious doubts an "accredited" shop would have been on my side, as Carlo was, since their incentive is to please the insurer, by savin money for them. I would warmly recommend Western Collision not just to everyone, but to my closest frends and family.
I was promised to see the car if I can make it before 6 o’clock store closes. I also called and let them know that I was coming but I did not see the car. This place has horrible customer service and do not recommend to anyone.
