I been coming here for 20yrs, since it was Cruickshank's. I never had any problems with their service or the cost of the service preformed. If it is an unique problem, they will discuss the cost with you before starting. Once the repair is completed, the price is never over the quoted price. Both Eddie and Chester are friendly and very helpful and greet me like a long time friend. Looking forward to another 20 years.
I bought a used vehicle from Bo Harnam while I was here some family bought the same car and give a deposit in front of me but Bo helped me get another car which was far more better more options in better condition I will recommend all my friends and family to him. A classy gentleman He is the man
Please stay away from this ford Service Center. Bad customer service Long service wait Lucky if you get a loaner Extra charges Hidden fees Overcharged rate/hr If get a problem good luck and pray Go anywhere else! Just a headache
It's a bad idea to go to this dealership. The visit cost me 1,000 dollars because they didn't do their job and didn't treat me respectfully. The manager is an arrogant woman, so be careful, friends. The visit to Ford Weston could cost you 1,000 dollars. You don't get it back, it's literally a robbery
Tried calling numerous times to book an appointment , but no one ever answered, ended up booking appointment with a ford service service which is far from my house
Terrible experience. They are either liars or incompetent. They had my F150 for 6 hours to patch two leaky tires. They claimed they couldn’t find any issue. A subsequent visit to Yorkdale Ford promptly revealed nails in both tires, which they fixed in 2 hours flat WITH an oil change. On a different visit, Weston Ford also got me a speeding ticket via a speed camera. Avoid this place at all costs. Yorkdale Ford is almost as nearby for me and infinitely better.
I had a on-going engine problem that couldn't be diagnosed properly. I took it to Weston Ford and the Service Manager there Adrian was quick on finding the problem and fixing it I am very happy with the service I received from him I definitely recommend going there to fix your cars!!!
