This guys are great! I knew what job I wanted to get done. They did it fast and good, not overpriced not questioning or pre inspection requirements. Great service! I am glad that I found this place since I am new in town.
Hello Everyone, This shop is refreshing! I brought my car in with clutch issues (ancient, yes I know...so what) for a quote after receiving some obnoxious quotes from other shops......the team was beyond great, keeping me in the loop throughout the repair process, photos provided as well. Highly recommend this team and this shop.As I am reviewing this shop, it has been 1 week post repair and i have no problems with the car. The team is super forthcoming and engaging during the repair process and cost of repair was reasonable considering the amount of work involved. I will be back @ teamXpert 2 Auto. Thank you for the good outcome and efforts!!!!
Guftar is very knowledgeable and expert in his work. Had a problem in my car which another garage was not able to fix and even though charged me. Guftar and Shaeel fixed that problem in a very reasonable price. Thank you
Xpert 2 Auto Repair Inc. – Certification Failed to Catch Serious Safety Issues My review is based on the safety certification and subsequent “repairs” completed on a vehicle I purchased through First Choice Motors, which were handled by Xpert 2 Auto Repair Inc. The vehicle was sold to me as “certified,” yet within minutes of taking possession, I discovered multiple serious safety and mechanical issues — all of which should have either failed, or at minimum, been flagged during a proper inspection. Xpert 2 Auto Repair is the shop used by First Choice Motors for their certifications and mechanical work. Although my dealings were with the dealership, all inspection and repair work was completed through this garage. Based on my experience, I have serious concerns that vehicles are being certified without a thorough inspection, and that problems are being addressed with superficial fixes instead of proper diagnosis and repair. 1. Driver’s Seatbelt The driver’s seatbelt would not pull out or retract properly — a clear safety issue. It was initially dismissed by the dealership as “normal for a used car.” After I pushed back and the First Choice service advisor sent a video to the mechanic, I was told it would be replaced — which it eventually was. However, the fact that this defect made it through the certification process at all is concerning. 2. Highway Shaking The vehicle shakes noticeably at highway speeds. I’ve brought it back multiple times. First, I was told the issue was resolved after a wheel balance. When the shaking continued, they performed another balance. On a third visit, they did a wheel alignment and said they had repaired a bent rim. Each time, I was told the issue was resolved — but the vibration remains unchanged to this day. 3. Check Engine Light – EVAP System Fault (Code P0451) The check engine light was on before I picked up the car. I was told it had been taken care of. On the drive home, it came back on. When I returned it, I was told the issue had been “fixed” by adding a fuel system additive. The light turned off briefly, then came back. I eventually diagnosed and fixed the issue myself — a stuck pressure valve solenoid, which should not have been brushed off as resolved. 4. Damaged Engine Cover After the last “repair,” I received the vehicle back with a ripped engine cover — something that was never mentioned or disclosed. This raised further concerns about the level of care and professionalism during service. In my view, these issues reflect deeper problems in how inspections and repairs are being handled. A vehicle with a non-functional seatbelt, unresolved highway vibration, and an active engine fault should not have been certified as roadworthy. Safety certifications are meant to give consumers confidence that a vehicle meets basic provincial standards. Based on my experience, I would caution others to approach this shop with care — especially when it comes to safety inspections and complex mechanical work.
I recently brought my bmw to Xpert 2 auto repair for a tire exchange and was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. Not only did they handle the tire exchange quickly and efficiently, but they also went above and beyond by diagnosing the issue of my car jerking while driving. One of the staff members also took the time to let me know that my control arms were wearing out and would need replacing soon. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and proactive approach taken by the team at Xpert 2 auto repair. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to customer service have earned my trust and loyalty. I highly recommend Xpert 2 auto repair for all your auto repair needs. Update: I am updating my previous 5-star review due to a recent negative experience. Eight months ago, I took my BMW 3to Xpert 2 auto repair for a brake issue. The mechanic diagnosed nothing wrong with my brakes, attributing the problem to my rear tires, which they recommended replacing without considering all four. I trusted their advice, which led to significant issues later on. After only changing the rear tires, I experienced jerking while driving. When I returned, they suggested replacing my control arms. However, after consulting with a specialized BMW shop, I discovered that the root cause was the uneven brands and tread depths of my tires, which damaged the transfer case. This repair is now costing me nearly $4,000. Had Xpert 2 advised replacing all four tires from the start, I could have avoided this costly problem. I no longer recommend this shop and advise others to seek a second opinion before acting on their recommendations.
Just 3 star, I'm sorry. Last time when I went there, unfortunately my two tires are broked, because the floor was full of screws.... They changed me some parts, and after that my two tires was completely flat.... I picked up the screws....
The team at Xpert 2 Auto do fantastic work. I have gone to them on two different occasions, the first was to get a full safety checkup on my car and the second was a simple winter tire installation. They have always been upfront about all the cost and any issues along the way. What I like the most about them is that they give very good professional advice and will go the extra mile to make sure that you are satisfied. I would definitely recommend them.
