Absolutely exquisite customer service, the place is clean and spotless as well. Amira (who helped me out) had amazing communication and provided all the answers to every question I had. She really helped out choosing the right bud for me. Would definitely recommend 10/10!!!!
I had one the worst experiences as a customer today. There were 2 employees working at the time. I'm checking for prices on 28g's of indica. When i mentioned that the touch screens weren't working properly they told me to check the indica section which I did. There was no prices on the displays which made it worse. When I asked one of those employees what the price is on what I wanted he says " I'm always asking him what the price is"...How , as a paying customer are u supposed to just pick anything up and pay any price without knowing what the price is AND to have the 2 employees making it seem like it's your fault. Employees that work in any job should have better training and learn how to treat paying customers.
Came into the store and I was not helped at all because I am Jewish. The workers purposefully did not come and help me when there was four people available and started to be incredibly rude. Even the manager wouldn’t give me her name. I don’t suggest going here if you’re Jewish.
Great store but can’t seem to find a high grade. Tried many strains over the past 3 weeks but only found 1 good one . Triple Burger. Nothing close or similar to this as of yet. Even went with a more expensive product but couldn’t get the heights ?
My usual spot hasn’t had my usual stuff and so I tried Canna Cabana. They had a great price so I was in luck finding this place. The staff were all very welcoming and there was a really great vibe in the space. I don’t like mentioning names on here so the guy who worked Thursday night and tended to the human with the colourful hair they want to say you are friggen great and it was a pleasure meeting you! I have my new spot :)
Management at this store clearly doesn’t care about bad experiences or returning emails to customers. Be warned if something goes wrong they won’t bother responding or caring.
I’ve been a regular customer here for over a year now, and I’ve noticed a significant change in the quality of customer service and cleanliness compared to the previous staff. The previous team genuinely cared about the customers and made the experience pleasant. Unfortunately, the current staff often seems indifferent, and some employees give the impression that assisting customers is an inconvenience. Their attitudes can sometimes feel unwelcoming, and there have been instances where the store has an unpleasant body odor. That said, there are a few exceptional team members who stand out. Ameera, who I believe might be a supervisor, consistently goes above and beyond to assist customers. Another staff member, Wintana, is quick, efficient, and always helpful. There’s also one other individual who provides excellent service, though I don’t recall his name. These team members are the reason I continue to shop here, but I hope the overall customer experience improves to match the standard they set.
