  Good asortyment even very good. Just super unpleasant service of fiolet hair lady. I’m living next door and that forced me to change dispensary because cannabis and dispensaries should be an experience not struggle. Still good shop.

  Had an amazing customer service experience for my first time at the store. Ashley was a great help and immediately knew the glass adapter pieces I would need for my ash catcher. I had checked out at least 4-5 other dispensaries before Havok and the staff there had no clue what an adapter was! Great store, captivating in-store selections and displays and an overall comforting experience shopping here.

  Nice environment, awesome staff, they doin it right. I was served by this cool dude there name Tim. He was quick and efficient, which I like, but he also held a conversation with me the whole time and I left laughing and smiling ?. Thanks Tim ?????

  Hi, our company is 420+ and we spend allot of money at this store. The management trains there staff properly, all our friendly and have lots of personal experience and professional experience. Kristine is one of the managers and she is very patient and thorough in not a rushed buying process. Check them out for papers, bongs, pipes, accessories or just to learn something and say hi.   Went in today for some accessories and what a great selection! The staff person, sorry didn't get his name, was on point with helping me find exactly what I needed. Hard to find good customer service these days, glad to say great customer service at this spot. Good luck on the lottery for the licensing. Hope you guys get it.
