Zero service. I have been use this brand in North York over 3 yes. Recently one of guy. bold guy wearing glass. Worst service I had met my life ever. When I ask him. what you doing if you loose long time customer.? his answer is I DON'T CARE. very nice customer service. I hope this management will inquire serious about customer service. 0/10
Visited Purple Moose recently and was blown away by the experience! Usually, when I walk into a dispensary, it feels a bit… sketchy—but this place was the total opposite. Was immediately greeted and smiled at. Normally at other places, I get a casual nod lol. The staff (especially Bobby, and another amazing team member whose name I sadly forgot) were so friendly and helpful. I wasn’t shopping for myself; I needed help picking out a few items for a gift basket for my brother. Bobby asked thoughtful questions about him, which led to spot-on recommendations. When I gave my brother the gift, he was ecstatic—and honestly amazed that I knew exactly what to get. He commented that the flavors were so tasty. Would come back here again!! Also the store was kept so clean and I really liked the displays unlike other stores. Looks like I found my go-to!! Highly recommend the peach flavored sativa pre-rolls.
Only takes one bad apple.... Tyler is the guy. Just nice energy. You can see he doesn't mind serving customers. There are afew others that are cool. BUT theres 1. A women with glasses. Short. Seems to be there on weekends. Absolutley nasty human. Condescending from the moment she walked out from back. If that individual is working on a day I show up and tyler or one of the other awesome budtenders are not there, I'm , 100% walking out and getting my herb elsewhere. 0% customer service skills, yet your employed at a customer service job, that requires good customer service?.Ok?! Purple Moose 0/5 Stars. Google wont let me.. Tyler 5/5.
Tyler is my all time favourite budtender! We always come to purple moose and every time we see him he truly heightens the customer experience. Great guy over all and great recommendations!
Tyler is amazing!! Knowledgable and super helpful with all Purple Moose inventory. On days where I just don’t know what I want, he has multiple suggestions and I’m never unsatisfied.!! :) Thanks for not being a regular weed shop you go above and beyond!
Horrible service... They just made fun of me, they made a mistake, they made me pay for a product that I didn't ask for, they said to give me a refund, but no one ever did anything, they just made fun of me, they said to call me, they took notes and the various contacts more than a month passed and no one ever called me back, I went to the place 10 times and for 10 times they only found excuses to make me go away they literally stole my money from my pocket! North York Plaza ! Don’t sorry the guys remember me … already talk with the manager and for 3 times she tell me … give your number I call you back for you refund… nobody call me
