I would give 4.5 if I could because staff is amazing, prices are amazing, products are amazing, but they don’t answer their phone!!!! I called so many times and it just goes to voicemail. Please get this fixed for a better customer experience!
Was purchasing their gummies and pearls however they only frustrated me didn’t work, spending a lot of money buying expensive candy. Better of making them at home, at least they work. Grow it and bake it at home
Great store awesome variety, and the sales are always fantastic. Sumeyya & Vince and always very helpful and friendly as soon as you walk through the door. The feeling of VIP service is always there with every visit ? I recommend the store to anyone who hasn't visited yet.
Good place ,staff are nice,they help u with anything, if they not have want u looking for they will give their best the give u the best products similar the one u looking for
Used to like this place... But after visiting few others around GTA, they lack selections and bit overpriced (even as a member). Not to mention slow services at times. However, the location is very convenient.
Went in earlier tonight, I've been there 4-5x. The black haired woman behind the counter gave me attitude fir NO reason. Needless to say after this encounter we n my other 3 sons habr decided to take our business elsewhere!! Try the shop at Wilson n Dufferin on North side, different vibe, they respect their customer's. N sadly thus place doesn't!! That woman behind the counter was a true witch!! She represents them n that's NOT okay in my books! Never wanna see that troll again n her condescending ways talking g to a customer! I left well she was trying to get something for me!! Forget it!! Treat me bad I go somewhere else!!
I find this place to be expensive compared to other dispensaries in the area and I also find the staff to lack personality. I’d rather take my business elsewhere where the prices are lower and the staff is friendlier. Btw, whoever works here/owns this business is posting reviews/rating this business using fake profiles. Notice how the majority of reviewers only have “1 review”? I guess you need to do everything you can to rank 5 star, eh?
