Great store for buying high-quality marijuana. The location is convenient with parking available. The staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Definitely worth a visit — highly recommended!
Wow... bought a disposable vape and right away had issues. Came back and they had to test it. They came back and told me they put it over steam kettle and it works now. They hand it back to me with plier marks on the mouth piece. The employee then takes a pull and hands it back to me without even disinfecting it! I wipe off what I could and take one pull and sticky concentrate comes out and sticks to my lip. I tell the employee that this is not ok and he takes me to the manager. The manager tells me that's normal for vapes ?. I tell him this is my 10th round with this vape and this is not normal. He eventually takes it back and gives me a refund. To add insult to injury the staff just swalked away from me. I ask about the replacement and they said oh sure if you want to buy another one? .... Yeah no thanks.
It's November 24 around 5 PM if I could, I would give this location as your 0 star I would just how I was treated by this new rude employee that I have never seen before that told me they couldn't put the sale on my account with the receipt which is not true. She was just being lazy and had a bad attitude. I always get a warm welcoming when I walk in here. I'm a good customer of highlife, but today it was something different. With these 2 under knowledge employees
I was riding around and I wanted to smoke went into highlife which I always do. I'm a regular of highlife. I've never seen this rude employee before bad attitude maybe she's a new hire but she does not know how to be nice to customers she told me no they can't do something when they can. I've had another employee do the same exact thing I was asking for to put the sale on my account which she didn't want to so she told me they couldn't do that you should train your employees how to be with customers who are regulars unacceptable in my eyes
Saturday 5:40 PM Nov 12, 2022 Came in and wanted to come out as soon as I spoke to this guy , I dont understand the need to grab my wallet off my hand when im simply just showing my ID and had the audacity to inspect my wallet and demanding for another piece of ID after inspecting my wallet tf?? Rude Walked out as soon as I got my wallet back lol
its okay, but half the time I go there the staff is so busy chatting with each other they cant hear my order. Its fine if youre the social type who likes a lively environment, but if you wanna just get your weed and go home, this may not be the place for you.
The girl working there helped me in buying the right product for my specific needs and was very patient with explaining everything I wanted to know about the different products they had, I had a good experience there.
