I had the best experience with Tristan. He was extremely helpful and friendly, to be honest, i was having the worst day and he made me feel so much better and uplifted. The lady was audibly complaining everytime she slightly bent to get some from the drawer. We asked for the cheapest, she showed us the most expensive bags of weed, then kept on with showing us only the expensive pre-rolls. We ended up with the wrong weed and it just felt very strange. The bag was also supposed to be 14g of indica shred. But when I opened the bag it's barely 10g. They shorted us after a 20 min discussion. It was infuriating and honestly we have been going to their location for over 3 or 4 yrs.. but not anymore... this experience yesterday was just awful. I offered her some peppermint oil for her pain and she said nothing and just laughed. I have cured many headaches and body aches with this. I'm also chronically ill so I just felt guilted into buying bad weed. Prerolls were OK. I wish the bud tenders were trained properly to recommend the right weed and not just their most expensive ones.
Jaime is the frigging goat and is always super fun to talk to and my girlfriend and I *love* to come in and see her working. :) she is really good at suggesting products we might like and is just always really friendly! We love to come here.

Amazing experience! The staff were super friendly and helpful. On my last visit I was assisted by an employee named Jaime - they offered me some great recommendations and were just overall so professional and patient. I’d highly recommend and will absolutely be coming back!
Although past experience was good, but recently I bought a disposable vape with an information that there is charger inside which was untrue. Being a regular customer and a member, really unfortunate experience.
Hit this store today after a very stressful morning, kudos to Steve .I explained the morning I was having and he chose the perfect preroll for me . I wish more budtenders were as educated as he is, it made the experience that much more enjoyable
