Honestly the best dispensary I’ve ever been to. Always clean, professional and knowledgeable. They take the time to help me with what I’m looking for and always have everything I need in stock. The one stop shop, I never need to go anywhere else, this place is truly the best!
This is what's wrong with the internet and reviews.... Most the time they are not real!!! I was about to write a review after yrs of coming to Red Star as Christopher asked me to write one, funny enough saw Joanne's negative review.... Not true at all, have the best selection of any canabis store in the city..... She went to Northen Cannabis first then went to Red Star, interesting!!.... Its pathetic to be trashing someone business dishonestly.
Worst cannabis shop! Service horrible! Selection of products sux and so expensive prices too high compared to other cannabis shops!! Don't waste your time ? Go to Northern FIRE Cannabis ? down the street way better selection and prices!!
I’ve been a customer of Red Star since 2022 and have really enjoyed the experience. I have met and built great relationships with bud tenders who all have great customer service. At this dispensary the majority of the staff are well educated and use the products they sell, so it’s easy to get information on the products when you inquire. I also think is very refreshing that the majority of the staff are women which is not very common in this industry which is great! They always have a wide variety of options, most of which are of great quality from recognizable brands that people love. Their prices are fair given the location and customer experience they provide. If you’re looking for bargain products then this might not be the location for you. Friday evenings in the summer is one of my favourite times to visit and hang out with the staff and other regular customers. Special thanks to Lisa, Rosie, Antoinette & Alyssa. They always make sure if a product I’m looking for isn’t in stock, that it is ordered for me and ready for pick up on the next order day.
Best dispensary in Vaughan! Staff are always friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Great selection and value of products. Lisa and Antoinette are amazing!
Loved the vibe of this dispensary!! Super clean and incredibly knowledgable staff. Rosie was fantastic. She knew all about the available products and gave me some amazing recommendations. I don’t live anywhere near here but if I’m ever in the area I know which dispensary I will be coming back to.
