This is my husband’s preferred Cannabis shop and has been for a few years now. Aesthetically unique, Scarlet Fire’s setup is passionately inspired by the Grateful Dead. Always a welcoming vibe, with friendly staff who are also quite knowledgeable, honest and super helpful with purchase suggestions/recommendations. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a quality buying experience that is consistent and well stocked ??✌?
It’s the selection for me. I was blown away by how many top notch choices they had. Especially when it comes to hash (yummy!). More importantly, there’s no need to do Reddit research to make an informed decision. The budtenders here are really knowledgeable about shady industry practices and are great at providing detailed information about the products they sell. Big thumbs up.
My experience here is based on multiple visits over the past few months. To start, the place looks nice and vibrant. The self serve order screens are terribly laggy and not user friendly. Can't believe they haven't fixed this after so long. The in stock items and selection are decent - but way over priced when compared to other local shops within a 5 minute drive. The prices have crept up over time, now using the ruse of member pricing to get a discount. To note, these discounted prices are in fact still 15-25% higher then that of the other local shops. The staff seem to be mainly old guys that seemingly jumped at the chance to open a weed store. I've spoken with them on numerous occasions and although they are very friendly, it is evident they lack certain understanding. Numerous times they described products to me based on smell and taste, I knew they were wrong from personal experience. Overall, store is ok in a hurry, But if you have a few minutes to spare the other stores north or south of this place are way better priced for regular consumers. You can easily save 100$ a month just by going elsewhere and getting the exact same products.
Canada’s finest cannabis store hands-down. Huge selection of all product categories at extremely good prices (become a member to get additional 10% off and reward points). Their quality standard is outstanding and they truly only offer products that will get exactly what you are asking for, which explains their very diverse suppliers list of known and less-known producers / brands. Mo, Roy, David, Temma and the rest of the team are all great people who care about giving their customers the very best experience. They have a huge knowledge about the products as well as about the industry. They don’t sell you things you don’t need and can offer great recommendations if you’re new to the space or want to explore. The location of the store is also convenient so if you just want to go in and out as you know what you want it’s also the right place to do so. Huge recommend! Thank you team!
