I got my new phone yesterday and Ayaan, man. You're good at what you do Sir! The entire experience was quick, smooth, and completely seamless. I appreciated your down-to-earth demeanor and it's clear you know your stuff. Every step and detail was explained clearly, and you made what was a stressful situation simple and stress-free. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuine. Definitely will be making the trip to see you for anything as my go-to guy from Telus. The pixel 10 pro XL is exactly what I was looking for. Much appreciated.
The person Sam and Jerry ( in training ) waste my time and after a game they said that we are out of stuck! Then I asked for samsung and then very rudely Sam said go and call online to get it. He saif that I sont care yo report me and call the manager ! And also the manager was mot in the store! That is super unacceptable that someone in this big store in the mall behave like this with customer who has business lines with telus !! This unacceptable
I had an excellent experience with Telus thanks to Samir. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all my questions. Samir went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up properly and that I was comfortable with the service. His customer service really stood out, and I truly appreciate his help. Highly recommend Telus, especially if you get the chance to work with Samir
I had a terrible experience with Telus and their customer service. Two years ago, I spoke with Telus before switching to Bell, but at no point was I informed that I needed to return my phone before porting my number. When I made the switch, my Telus account was automatically closed. I went to a Telus store to return the phone, but they told me they couldn’t take the device since my account was already closed. Instead, I was instructed to call Telus for further steps. When I called, I was told to visit a corporate Telus store to return the phone, and in exchange, I would receive gift cards to help pay off the outstanding balance. I followed their instructions, went to the corporate store with my brother as a witness, and even called Telus while I was there to confirm what I was doing. The store employee took my phone to the back but refused to provide any proof of the return, saying they didn’t have such a system. Two weeks later, I followed up with Telus, only to be told to contact phone collections. I reached out multiple times with no response. Three months later, I started receiving calls from collection agencies claiming I owed money for the phone I had just returned! Since then, I have been constantly calling Telus, asking for a solution, but every time, I’m met with the same response: "Sorry, we can’t help." They refuse to take any responsibility or provide any assistance in resolving this situation. When I asked if they could track the phone using the IMEI number, they said it wasn’t possible. Telus completely washed their hands of my situation, leaving me to deal with constant harassment from creditors. No matter how many times I explain the situation, the collection agencies refuse to listen. Telus' lack of accountability and customer service has been beyond frustrating. If you're thinking about using Telus, proceed with caution. My experience has shown that when you truly need help, they don’t care about their customers.
⁉️⁉️⁉️ I want to write a long one, but I'm too lazy I really want to know what this place is for, what its purpose is⁉️ Just like you can't pay your bill, you want to switch from the campaign you're registered to to another campaign, they can't do that either! They tell me to contact customer service❗️ That's why I'm curious. Why does this place exist⁉️⁉️⁉️ (❌If you noticed, I didn't even get into the issue of employees' reluctance to work)❌
I had spoken to Telus loyalty on the phone earlier in the day and they asked that I exchange my device at the store. When I came to the store the rep Jackie from the start of the conversation, refused to help. I told him that loyalty dept over the phone asked that I return the device at the store in order to do the exchange and call them from the store. He told me he refused to call them and refused to make the exchange. He was yelling at me as he spoke, zero customer service! Awful awful experience. You would think the other reps at the store would say something to him. Nope just continued on. I encourage you to try another location. Don’t waste your time here.
Went to store due to not being able to make upgrade/purchase online. Issues with app and website. However we has to go in cause tbe bring it back plan eas due. Got charged 70$ activation fee. No waiving even though their website is down which would've been free if we did it online. We called in and spoke with customer service which is about 1-2 weeks later from visiting the store. Wait times are over an hr. And they said we should called right away day of and they can't waive it now. But it would've been waived if we could've done it online. Ridiculous.
