This man was incredibly courteous and generous. I was buying a charger, and when my card wasn’t working, he didn’t hesitate to offer me a discount to help out. You don’t meet people like that often—kind, understanding, and truly customer-focused. Highly recommend doing business with him!
I came in to ask about a screen protector for my phone and was quoted $20 (before tax) for a privacy tempered glass option. The Owner of the Store was helpful and even offered to apply it to my phone free of charge, which I really appreciated — the service was friendly and efficient. However, after checking online, I noticed similar screen protectors (even with the same privacy feature and camera coverage design) being sold for around $15.99 for a 2-pack, which makes the in-store pricing feel a bit steep by comparison. Also, a small issue with the design: the front-facing camera is covered by the glass, which causes glare and affects the quality of selfies. Overall, good service, but the product could be improved and priced more competitively
I replaced my smartphone battery with him and it's even worse than before. I don't think the battery is even new if it performs worst than my original one. Disappointed customer.
Straightforward explanation of problems with the device and solutions. Had to wait over 2 weeks for a battery that never came at a different shop but it was fixed the same day here. The new expensive phones don't offer any new real value so it's often best to get your device repaired for as long as possible.
